Payment options

Visa and Mastercard

We accept Visa och Mastercard. We do not accept Visa Electron or American Express. Money will be reserved on your account once your order has been made, the withdrawal is not made until your order has been packed. There's no additional fee when paying with credit card.

PayPal

You pay through your PayPal account. An additional 2 € fee is added to your purchase when using PayPal.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and destination during checkout before order is placed.

 

Delivery

Orders placed within EU will be shipped with Posten EMS. Delivery time to all EU countries is up to a week. Orders placed outside of EU will be sent with Posten. Delivery to the rest of the world is 1 - 2 weeks.

 

Order comfirmation

An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address given in your order once the order has been placed. Should you not get one, please e-mail us at newblack@newblack.se.

 

Exchange or cancel order

If you'd like to exchange or cancel your order please contact us at newblack@newblack.se. When wanting to exchange or cancel an order it is important you contact us as soon as possible. We'll charge you for the shipping and a 15 € handling fee if the order has already been shipped.

 

Returns

You can return your products within 14 days after you've received your order. The product must be in original unused condition and in the original box and/or packaging with original tags attached. When returning a product you have to pay the shipping yourself. When exchanging a product we'll pay for the shipping back to you. Please include your order number on a piece of paper in your package to make the return process easier and faster.

Returned products must be in original unused condition and in the original box and/or packaging with original tags attached. In all communication regarding returns and exchanges please make sure to include your order number in the e-mail subject.

New Black does not refund shipping costs.

Damaged goods

If your order has been damaged during shipping please make sure to report this immediately at your delivery office.

 

Sizes

Our products have a size guide measured in centimeters. If you are unfamilliar with this measuring system please click here to convert centimeters to inches. If you´re still unsure about your size please do not hesitate to email us at newblack@newblack.se.
